Maintenance software: smart maintenance with AI

To remain competitive, your maintenance software must go far beyond traditional maintenance tools. While conventional systems are mainly focused on managing regular tasks, aiomatic relies on early fault detection with the help of artificial intelligence. Our software helps you to prevent machine failures and reduce maintenance costs.

The challenges of manual monitoring

Companies face the challenge of extracting relevant information about the health of their systems from a vast amount of data. While conventional maintenance software focuses primarily on managing regular tasks, aiomatic provides you with automated Machine monitoring and AI-based fault detection decisive competitive advantages.

Classic software for maintenance vs. aiomatic

Classic systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or IPS (Maintenance Planning Systems) do valuable work: They record tasks, document processes and plan maintenance intervals. But these systems reach their limits when it comes to proactively analyzing and using large amounts of data for machine monitoring.

Features that make our solution unique

Real-time dashboard for displaying the machine status

Our real-time dashboard offers you full transparency about the status of your machines and systems. Keep an eye on key activity figures and downtimes and use smart data analysis for Predictive Maintenance planning. Our software makes your daily work easier, minimizes unplanned system downtimes and increases system availability in the long term.

Warning messages to predict potential failures

Our maintenance software automatically detects deviations in your machine data, analyzes their relevance and alerts you about potential problems at an early stage. The warning messages does not only provide information about the fault, but also show which component is affected. This allows you to react quickly, minimize repair costs and ensure machine availability.

Categorical data: Intelligent monitoring with context

Modern machines work with variable operating modes — fixed setpoints are not enough. In order to capture the operating context, our software processes not only numerical sensor data but also categorical data such as recipes. Monitoring is becoming more precise as our software recognizes when a deviation is really critical. For example, it takes into account the different amperages required for a colour agitator and only alerts if these do not match the production mode.

Frequently asked questions

Here you can find answers to the most common questions about our maintenance software.
The aiomatic software is suitable for all machines that have mechanical motors or where rotations occur and whose monitoring uses sensors to produce large amounts of data. For example, aiomatic works with machines from the automotive sector, shipping and manufacturing.
aiomatic's software is suitable for all companies that have an interest in preventing unplanned machine downtimes. The software is particularly interesting for companies where outages lead to major cost and productivity losses. The primary target groups are machine manufacturers and production companies that use machines with complex systems which produce large amounts of data and whose regular operation is continuous over longer periods of time.
There should be sensors that produce large amounts of data and can provide information about the problems that occur with the machine. In mechanical systems, these are usually vibration sensors. The more context information is available, the better the software can work. The more sensors and data, the better. If your machine does not have enough sensors, we will be happy to advise you on the retrofit.
There is no need for historical data to get started. Our software learns the normal state of your machines from day 1 of the data connection.
Our cloud solution offers easy integration: It can be seamlessly connected to existing digital interfaces (e.g. OPC UA or MQTT) without additional hardware and enables access to real-time data across locations. Without complex IT projects or hardware investments, you can get started right away — securely, scalable and future-proof.
