Lena Weirauch

CEO & Co-Founder

Lena is a certified psychologist and CEO at aiomatic. She discovered her passion for data analysis during her studies and deepened her knowledge in the aviation industry. In addition to her role as CEO, she is currently completing her doctorate in work and organizational psychology at the University of Bern. She also works in the plenary session of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.

Felix Kraft

CFO & Co-Founder

Felix is CFO at aiomatic and founded his first company at the age of 18. With his education as a banker, experience in banking and a degree in business administration, he brings extensive expertise in financial administration, risk management and investment planning.
At aiomatic, he leads the finance and human resources department.

Björn Schulz

CTO

As CTO, Björn is aiomatic's “math genius”. Shortly after its founding, he joined with over ten years of experience in data science and programming, including his work at one of the largest German online retailers.
Initially as lead data scientist, he built up aiomatic's core AI and IT processes in a pioneering way and is now driving product development forward as CTO.
