Quick. Easy. Scalable.

Our monitor package: Your entry into digital monitoring

With our monitor package for digital machine monitoring, you can record and visualize all operating and sensor data from your machines on a central dashboard, regardless of the manufacturer. The integrated logbook enables simple documentation of relevant machine events and lays the foundation for a future-proof, data-driven maintenance strategy.

Your benefits at a glance

Immediate access into digital machine monitoring — Record and structure operating and sensor data without time-consuming implementation.
Digital documentation — Record machine events in the logbook and evaluate them in a targeted manner.
Full transparency — Use filtering and time series functions to identify operational conditions and patterns.
Precise basis for maintenance decisions — Link machine data to the digital logbook and recognize patterns manually.
Flexibly to expand - Scale the system as needed and gradually expand the package to include condition monitoring or AI-based analyses.

Scope of functions

Capture & visualize
‍machine data
  • Automatic storage of sensor data every 10 seconds

  • Display of sensor position & system reference for clear allocation
  • Targeted data evaluation via filter function
Recognition & mapping of operating states
  • Use of individual logic rules to determine the state
  • Identify activity, maintenance or downtime based on sensor data

  • KPI dashboard for a quick overview

  • Complete recording of special machine events

  • Storage of events with time stamps & direct attachment references
  • Enabling quick filtering & targeted evaluation

The road to success

Quick installation:

The sensors are simply connected to our software via a digital interface (e.g. OPC UA) and immediately start recording the status data of your machines.

Real-time overview:

The captured machine data is securely transmitted and visualized on the dashboard. This provides a direct overview of operating and sensor data.

Create and manage logbook entries:

Parallel to data collection by sensors, logbook entries are manually created and managed to make the machine history comprehensible.

Overlay logbook entries and machine data:

Logbook entries are combined with machine data to enable manual analysis and manual evaluation/verification of the data.

Filter function:

With the filter function, you can manually evaluate and verify the normal operation of the systems based on defined operating conditions. This helps to quickly identify irregularities or abnormalities.

Manual evaluation of the system status & condition-based maintenance:

The status of the systems is checked manually based on domain knowledge or through findings from data collection, logbook and filter functions, which enables condition-based maintenance. This is ensured by manual monitoring by a maintenance manager.
