The founding of aiomatic was based on the vision to provide the first truly working solution for machine failures in the industry. This is how our Digital Maintenance Assistant was born, which monitors machines automatically and unattended, detecting failures in advance and thus predicting the optimal time for maintenance.

Thanks to our innovative software, both regional manufacturers and corporations now rely on our digital solution to significantly improve their production times, quality and safety, and save resources. We pride ourselves on helping companies stay competitive and create and leverage growth potential. In doing so, we strive to always provide our customers with the best solution and work closely with them to meet individual requirements and needs. With our expertise and passion for technology, we help companies optimize their maintenance processes and achieve their goals.

Our management

BJÖRN SCHULZ

CTO

Björn is CTO at aiomatic and our "maths genius". He quickly discovered his passion for computer science and dedicated himself to it in his Master's degree programme. When he joined the team shortly after ai-omatic was founded, he already had over ten years of work experience in data science and programming, most recently gained at one of Germany's largest online retailers. He was able to successfully deepen his knowledge with us. Björn quickly built up the AI & core processes of ai-omatic's IT infrastructure in a forward-looking way, initially as Lead Data Scientist. As CTO, he is now rapidly driving product development forward.

LENA WEIRAUCH

CEO & Co-Founder

Lena is a psychology graduate and CEO at aiomatic. During her studies, she discovered her passion for processing and analyzing big data during a statistics lecture. She worked as a sales manager in the aviation industry, where she first came into contact with the topic of AI and its application in the industry. Since the founding of ai-omatic in 2020, she has been responsible for Sales, and uses her expertise in statistical methods to develop the software. Currently, she is doing her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bern.

FELIX KRAFT

CFO & Co-Founder

Felix is CFO at aiomatic. He founded his first company at the age of 18 and has founding a company in his blood. Thanks to his training as a banker and his professional experience in banking and asset management as well as his studies in business administration, Felix brings extensive knowledge in all financial matters. At ai-omatic, Felix is therefore responsible for finance and brings his expertise in financial management, risk management and investment planning. In addition, he is responsible for the human resources area.
