Monat 2 widmet sich der Visualisierung und Datenerfassung, während wir in Monat 3 die KI-Modelle entwickeln und trainieren. Ab Monat 4 geht das System in den Live-Betrieb über, mit kontinuierlichen Optimierungen für beste Ergebnisse.

Welche Ergebnisse kann ich von einem PoC erwarten?

Im ersten PoC liegt der Fokus auf der Schaffung einer soliden Datengrundlage. Effizienzsteigerungen und Kostenreduktionen folgen in späteren Phasen, sobald die Modelle weiter optimiert werden. Wir empfehlen die Definition spezifischer, realistischer Ziele für den PoC.

How does a feasibility study (PoC) work?

In month 1, we set up the data infrastructure and establish all connections. Month 2 is dedicated to visualization and data collection, while in month 3 we develop and train the AI models. From month 4, the system goes live, with continuous optimizations for the best results.

What results can I expect from a PoC?

In the first PoC, the focus is on creating a solid data basis. Efficiency increases and cost reductions will follow in later phases as soon as the models are further optimized. We recommend defining specific, realistic goals for the PoC.
