The centerpiece of our last team event was a workshop with Tania Seehase, an expert in business consulting and transformation support.
We brought Tania on board to help us slowly grow out of the early startup phase and develop structures that fit our company culture and team.
One insight we took away from this workshop is: organizational development is not a sprint, but rather a marathon. Nevertheless, we are looking forward to tackling this exciting topic now.
