We have great news: Our method for digital machine maintenance has proven in a research study that it can keep up with an expert system - and with an even faster response!
Our focus was on bearing damage, as downtime costs are particularly high here and potentials through fast responses are correspondingly large. In the study, we compared our method with the VDI3832 expert system and found that, given a sufficient data set, we were able to achieve an equivalent evaluation of vibration intensity.
However, what makes us particularly proud is the fact that our method requires significantly less experience and effort to do this than the expert system. We can therefore ensure faster and more efficient maintenance of machinery and equipment without compromising on quality.
